Agile Retrospectives – Making Good Teams Great book by Esther Derby and Diana Larsen. Preparation for the retrospective starts well before the meeting. Agile Product Ownership in a Nutshell video by Henrik Kniberg. Covers keys activities in forming a backlog, planning and executing sprints, incorporating feedback loops. This goes beyond just Product Ownership and I often recommend this for someone looking for an introduction to agile.
