Agile Retrospectives – Making Good Teams Great book by Esther Derby and Diana Larsen. Preparation for the retrospective starts well before the meeting. Provides structure with which for Scrum Masters can approach retrospectives as well as different ways of conducting them. There is also a Google Tech overview of this on YouTube:

Agile Product Ownership in a Nutshell video by Henrik Kniberg. Covers keys activities in forming a backlog, planning and executing sprints, incorporating feedback loops. This goes beyond just Product Ownership and I often recommend this for someone looking for an introduction to agile.
